Your Guide to Beautiful, Natural Curls

There’s no curly-haired girl in  this world who hasn’t tried to straighten her mop. At some point all of us have experimented with chemical straightening that almost always went wrong. (Remember the little kink at your hairline when the straightened bits grew out?). Anyway, all I can say that it’s apt that Princess Merida in the movie Brave has curly hair. After all, it takes a whole lot of guts (and a good product) to flaunt your natural curls. Here are some of my favourite enhancers:

1. Rahua Voluminous Conditioner
   It’s 100% natural and organic. It can be used as a rinse-out, leave-in, or styling cream. And it leaves hair soft with the curl defined.
2. Bumble & Bumble Curl Conscious Creme for Fine Hair
   Usually hair creams for curls can be rather heavy as they’re formulated for thick, kinky ringlets. But this one defines the curl without weighing it down…as long as you don’t use too much.
3. B Blunt High Definition Curl
   This leave-in cream is lightweight and shapes waves and curls with ease. The fragrance is a bit heavy but if you can get over it it styles hair perfectly.
4. Kérastase Boucles D’Art
   A shine enhancing, curl-defining mousse that sculpts hair without making it crunchy. This is the holy grail of evening hair.
